We will try our best to treat all our members as fair as possible,
but we will not get into discussions about the wording of our rules,
nor are we responsible for your end of security issues.

If someone logs in to your account and messes around with it,
we won´t be able to tell, where or how someone captured your log in details.

We will do our best to assure security at our end,
however, from a legal point of view we have to protect ourselves,
therefore, even though a fair user may expect a fair service,
the terms you agree to are as simple as this:

- No foul language, not on this site, nor anywhere else.
- No cheating, in whatever way.
- Valid user information.
  Accounts using an invalid mail address or other false data will be terminated.
- No log in sharing, keep your password secret.
  If your friends want access as well, they have to sign up themselves.

- No warranty, not for your data, nor your account in general.
  Anything can happen, from server crash over provider bankruptcy up to hacker attacks.
  You use this site at your own risk; we cannot guarantee anything at all, up to total loss of your data.
- No privacy, any data you provide to this site may be published anywhere on this site.
  We won´t give your data to anyone, but we can´t prevent someone from capturing it from our site.
- No Copyright, anything you might publish on this site, such as posts or images in our forum, becomes property of this site.
- No illegal content, such as otherwise protected images in our forum.
  Even though we claim ownership on things you publish on our site, you are held responsible for any illegal content, such as otherwise protected images.
- No translations warranty.
  Default language of this site is English, if a translation is incorrect, only the English version is valid.
- We reserve the right to ban any member without reason.
- These terms may be changed any time without notice.
